Jack is very responsive and make recommendations when we were sourcing for items from lights, basin, etc matching the colours for us. During the circuit breaker he updates us on the situation. He reply’s to all our sms request even during weekends and public holidays. Really appreciate his services , he updates us with photos at different stages during the renovation so we are well kept informed. We moved in as plan during this difficult period where social distancing is enforced. We understand to make this happen for us means a lot of effort has been put in to manage and coordination the different work packages which is truly not easy given the current situation. Project timeline extended slightly, but this was due to some unexpected circumstances and he handled it professionally. We moved in according to plan, although renovation was still ongoing.   It was great experienced with our ID Jack!! He has never failed to meet our expectations and reply promptly even after his regular working hours. Most importantly,he shows patience despite our fussiness on the smallest details. He oversees the renovation process personally and updated us with photo everyday. Even after handed back the flat to us, he still following up consistently if everything is fulfil our satisfaction .   It's my first experience and i literally had the best experience with Craftwerks Interior. As someone who always dream of designing my house myself, I shared my idea with my ID Kerine Lee and she was so awesome - it's like she knew what was in my brain and made it come to life! She and her team did an amazing job helping me revamp and add glamour to my house. Every step from the design to final walk through was stressfree and enjoyable.. Really thanks to the competence of Kerine and her team. The end result is so beautiful. We are so lucky to have Craftwerkz interior as our choice.   Engaged Craftwerkz for the construction of a Wardrobe and Table for our guestroom. James was pro-active with suggestions and that helped so much in our decision making (layout of wardrobe + choice of laminates), he also followed closely with the progress of construction.   When we first met Asyiah (interior designer), we were pleasantly surprised by how quick she could understand what we wanted and what our priorities were. Not only did she throw in countless suggestions for designs and layouts, she also kept in mind the liveability of our eventual interior design. She wasn’t shy in telling us whether our ideas were impractical which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for the Chinese New Year break, our renovation would have been completed a lot sooner. In spite of the bad timing, we knew Jack (project manager) got the team working as soon as he possible could. It was exciting to see how quick the renovation works progressed along after the CNY break. He was also very accommodating to our last minute requests and made things work within our budget. Overall, we’re pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the team. They were genuine and transparent with us which made it very easy to work with them.
